Return / Refund Policy
Because our products are fresh and perishable, Salsa de Rosa™ does not accept RETURNS under any circumstances. If your product arrives damaged or destroyed, please contact us directly at theboss@salsaderosa.com for a refund and/or replacement.
Refunds will be for purchase price less shipping*.
Refunds and/or replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis and must be requested within 21 days of purchase.
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and will gladly make whatever concessions are necessary to insure that end. We stand by our products and take customer feedback very seriously.
* - "Sampler Packs" have a satisfaction guarantee attached. If you are not satisfied with our product or service, we will refund your purchase price in FULL. |
