Takes only minutes to prepare.
1 can of whole Pinto beans (remove water).
1/2 cup Monterey Jack or your favorite cheese
2 tbs. milk
1/2 cup Salsa de Rosa
Heat can of Pinto beans over medium heat in a saucepan. Mash beans to desired consistency; add cheese and stir occasionally until cheese is melted. Add and mix well. Serve with tortilla chips.
