Stuffed Quesadilla

So easy it's ridiculous!

2 Chicken breast
8 oz. Salsa de Rosa
1 tbsp. Butter or Olive Oil
8 oz. cheddar cheese

Cut chicken into large cubes
Cook chicken breasts in 1 tbsp. butter over medium heat just until done. Stir in Salsa de Rosa heat 2 minutes over low heat to remove excess water.
Top 1 tortilla with meat mixture and cover with cheese and the second tortilla and heat slowly in skillet until the tortilla is lightly brown, hard and crispy and cheese is melted. Flip and do the same to the other side.

Slice and serve hot.
