Bean Dip

Great bean dip for your next party!

Ingredients

1 can of whole Pinto beans (remove water).
1/2 cup Monterey Jack or your favorite cheese
2 tbs. milk
1/2 cup Salsa de Rosa

Instructions
  • Heat can of Pinto beans over medium heat in a saucepan.
  • Mash beans to desired consistency;
  • add cheese and stir occasionally until cheese is melted.
  • Add salsa and mix well. 
  • Serve warm with tortilla chips.
