1.5 pounds hamburger
8 oz Salsa de Rosa Hot
1 c Quick oats
1 green bell pepper, cubed
1 medium yellow onion, cubed
2 eggs, beaten
8 oz tomato sauce
3 oz Medium cheddar cheese, sliced 1/4" thick x 1/2" tall strips.
Serve with mashed potatoes and corn.
Make meatloaf sandwiches with any leftovers, the next day. They're fabulous!
