Puerco con Salsa

Excellent flavor to impress your guests! It's LOW CARB, too!

Ingredients

5 pork chops or loins
1 cup water (or enough to cover chops)
1 - 1/2 cups Salsa de Rosa

Instructions
  • Boil pork on very low heat until it is falling off the bone.
  • Remove bones and shred meat.
  • Mix in Salsa de Rosa and heat over medium heat.
  • Wrap in a soft tortilla, flour or corn.

*Optional: Garnish with cilantro and onions. 

Best served with black beans and fresh guacamole.
