Fish Tacos

If you like  Fish Tacos or if you'd like to try them, eat these and they'll become the gold standard of fish taco's. Cooked on the grill, the fish takes on fantastic flavor, but stovetop works well, too.


Pick your favorite White Fish about a pound.
Pick your favorite Salsa de Rosa (Hot is great)
Corn Street Taco Tortillas, pack of 24 or so
Taco Tartar* (see recipe)

Garnish (optional):
Cilantro, chopped
Fresh Jalapeno, diced
Red Onion, diced
Cheddar Cheese, grated
Sour Cream
Chopped Lettuce, chopped
Chopped Tomato, diced

  • Preheat grill or stovetop
  • Lay fish flat on piece of foil, coat with light coat of oil 
  • On medium/hot grill cover fish with salsa
  • Cook until fish flakes apart with fork
  • On warm tortilla, spread tartar add fish & garnishes to taste
