Blackened Pork & Salsa de Rosa

Pork a whole new way

Ingredients

2 Tbls Olive Oil
4 Boneless Pork Chops
2 Cans (14.5oz) Chicken Broth
Approx 36oz Mean Green Salsa
1 Pack Tortillas of Choice*
1 Can of Black Beans*

Instructions
  • In large pot on med/high, heat oil & add pork chops
  • Sear meat approx. 4 min on each side until well browned
  • Add 1 can of chicken broth; Allow broth to evaporate & blacken meat; approximately 5-7 minutes
  • Add salsa & remaining can of broth (mixture will be brown)
  • Let pork chops simmer until tender
  • Remove chops from pan, cube, and add back to mixture
  • Cook an additional 2 minutes.
  • Serve warm with tortilla's and black beans
