Ken ran a pizza place for years. He began selling his dough balls 8 years ago in 2010.
It's a side business to this day, but his dough is sooo good, we can't keep it a secret any longer!
This recipe is only available via our online store. Order the pizza and we'll send you a kit.
The kit requires a bit of work on your part, but, if you've had Salsa de Rosa then you KNOW
how important QUALITY, ease of preparation and probably most of all, FLAVOR is to us!!
A typical kit includes: a 1lb pizza dough ball, made fresh and shipped within 48 hours, a container of
Salsa de Rosa, other ingredients of choice or necessary for preparation. And, of course, INSTRUCTIONS.
You'll need a grill and a pizza stone (14"?)
1 pizza kit that includes your options and instructions Yes, fake cheese is available.
(try it, it's not as hard as you think! After you've made it once, you won't need instructions!)
Preheat grill to 450 degrees. Add pizza stone to preheat.
Prepare dough per instructions.
Place on pizza stone.
Add Salsa de Rosa and spread thin layer evenly
Top with layer of mozzerella cheese
Add other ingredients, as desired
Cook until botton of crust is golden brown
Slice and serve hot
