Salsa de Rosa Burger
1lb hamburger (whatever fat level you like but I like a juicy, drippy burger so I use 80% lean)
8oz Salsa de Rosa (Hot, Extreme Heat if you like it spicy; otherwise Medium)
8oz Panko or similar bread crumb
In a bowl, mix all ingredients by squishing with your fingers until thoroughly combined.
Form into patties and cook on a grill until done to your likeness. Not so that it’s done IN your likeness, but how you like it cooked. Use a meat thermometer if unsure.
Make your burger with all your favorite fixings and enjoy!
