Eight Layer Dip

Ingredients

1/2 lb. Hamburger
1 pkg. Taco mix
1 - 16oz can refried beans
16oz Salsa de Rosa

Guacamole (see recipe), made with one medium avacado 

16 oz Sour Cream
8 oz Grated Medium Cheddar Cheese
1 Large Tomato, chopped
4 oz Green Onion, chopped

8 oz sliced black olives

Instructions
  • Cook burger & taco mix according to package.
  • In a 9" x 13" pan, mix 8oz Salsa de Rosa into beans. Spread mixture evenly in pan.
  • Top with taco meat
  • Then spread each remaining ingredient evenly in the order they appear.
  • Heat in 325 degree oven for 15 minutes and serve with tortilla chips and more Salsa de Rosa salsa.
