Ingredients

2 Chicken breast
1 Tbls. Olive Oil
8 oz. Salsa de Rosa

Instructions
  • Cut chicken into large cubes
  • Cook chicken breasts in olive oil over medium heat just until done, about 5 minutes
  • Stir in Salsa de Rosa 
  • Heat 3 minutes over med/low heat or until water is dissolved.
  • Serve rolled in warmed flour Tortillas or over Nachos or in a taco salad
