BBQ Steak Marinade

You've probably never thought about using Salsa de Rosa as a marinade before. Use it just like any other marinade. Spectacular results!

Ingredients

2 - 4 Steaks of your choice, prepared to your preference; cubed, sliced, etc.
16oz. Salsa de Rosa

Instructions
  • In a ziplock bag, place steaks and Salsa de Rosa.
  • Seal, shake well and place in a refrigerator overnight or for at least 6 hours.
  • Remove and barbeque to desired wellness on med/high heat (450 degrees).
  • Discard excess salsa.
