Mary Ellen's Favorite Dip

From the files of Mary Ellen

1 - 8oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 - 160z container Salsa de Rosa
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Mix above ingredients in a blender, food processor or in a mixing bowl with an egg beater.  Refrigerate until ready to use.  This is good on tortilla chips or crackers!
