Eight Layer Dip

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 taco seasoning packet
- 1 (16 oz) can of refried beans
- Easy Guacamole (or your guacamole of choice)
- 16 oz sour cream
- 8 oz grated medium cheddar cheese
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 4 oz green onion, chopped
- 8 oz sliced black olives
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Brown the ground beef and mix in taco seasoning.
In a 9×13 pan, mix salsa into beans. Spread mixture evenly in pan. Top with a layer of taco meat.
Spread each remaining ingredient evenly in the order they appear.
Bake for 15 minutes and serve with tortilla chips and more Salsa de Rosa.
