Ingredients
- Your favorite Salsa de Rosa salsa
- 1/4 – 1/2 lb breakfast sausage
- 6 – 12 eggs
Instructions
Combine sausage and your favorite Salsa de Rosa flavor and cook until brown over medium heat. Add eggs (and any additional ingredients you like) and let the mixture cook. Scoop into warm tortilla and roll.
