Our salsa is made from tomatoes, tomatillo, onion, jalapeño, cilantro, habanero, garlic, lemon juice, vinegar, and salts. We do not pasteurize or add any preservatives. Currently not all flavors are offered in every store, but we are working diligently with our partners to expand our line-up. If we’re not in your local store, ask them, “Can you start carrying Salsa de Rosa?!?”

I was wondering just how the brightness of this bright blend of a salsa came to be just how it is… – it may be the vinegar! Also, lemon juice…? – regardless, this top blend will flow through me to my bottom until the pollos come to roost.
