Fish Tacos

If you like fish tacos or if you’d like to try them, we’ve got the perfect recipe for you! Cooked on the grill, these tacos take on a fantastic flavor, but stovetop works well too. 

Ingredients

  • 1 lb of your favorite white fish
  • Your favorite Salsa de Rosa flavor (we suggest Hot)
  • Corn street taco tortillas, pack of 24 or so
  • Salsa de Rosa Tartar
  • Cilantro, chopped
  • Fresh jalapeno, chopped
  • Red onion, diced
  • Cheddar cheese, grated
  • Sour cream
  • Chopped lettuce
  • Chopped tomato

Instructions

Preheat grill of stovetop. Lay fish flat on piece of foil, coat with light coat of your preferred oil. 

On medium-hot grill, cover fish with salsa. Cook until fish flakes apart with fork.

Warm tortillas. Spread tartar, add fish, and garnish to taste.
