Puerco con Salsa

A slow cooked pork recipe that has excellent flavor and will impress your guests! And it’s low carb

Ingredients

  • 5 pork chops or loins
  • 1 cup water (or enough to cover chops)
  • 1 1/2 cups Salsa de Rosa

Instructions

Boil pork on low heat until it’s falling off the bone. Remove bones and shred meat. Mix in Salsa de Rosa and heat over medium heat.

Wrap in a soft tortilla with your favorite toppings and enjoy.
