Chicken and Salsa

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 8oz Salsa de Rosa

Instructions

Cut chicken into large cubes. Heat pan to medium and add olive oil, then add chicken. Cook until done. Add Salsa de Rosa and let simmer until water cooks away. Serve rolled in warm tortillas, over nachos, or in a salad.
