Eight Layer Dip

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1 taco seasoning packet
  • 1 (16 oz) can of refried beans
  • Easy Guacamole (or your guacamole of choice)
  • 16 oz sour cream 
  • 8 oz grated medium cheddar cheese
  • 1 large tomato, chopped
  • 4 oz green onion, chopped
  • 8 oz sliced black olives

Instructions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Brown the ground beef and mix in taco seasoning.

In a 9×13 pan, mix salsa into beans. Spread mixture evenly in pan. Top with a layer of taco meat. 

Spread each remaining ingredient evenly in the order they appear. 

Bake for 15 minutes and serve with tortilla chips and more Salsa de Rosa.
